چکیده
This work presents a soft, flexible, and low-cost capacitive pressure-sensitive insole developed using resource-efficient single-step 3D printing method. Developed elastomeric materials, the soft robust sensory can bend twist in extreme angles. The is designed to have four sensing zones capture pressure information from entire contact area. sensors tested under different condition of applied showed reliable response up 300kPa without saturation. exhibit sensitivity 2.4MPa-1 for range 0 - 60kPa 0.526MPa-1 above with average 1.314 MPa-1 range. was also varying bending temperature conditions. Considering excellent over wide range, presented could be used gait analysis or anthropomorphic robots critical about terrain morphology. To show functionality insole, we an app display obtained via custom-made electronics circuit.

Screen-printed piezoelectric shoe-insole energy harvester using an improved flexible PZT-polymer composites
This paper reports improved screen-printed piezoelectric composites that can be printed on fabrics or flexible substrates. The materials are flexible and are processed at lower temperature (130°C). One main PZT particle size (2μm) was mixed separately with smaller piezoelectric particles (0.1, 0.3 and 0.8μm) with different weight ratios to investigate the piezoelectric property d33. The blended...

In this article, we report the development of a flexible, 3D printable piezoresistive pressure sensor capable of measuring force and detecting the location of the force. The multilayer sensor comprises of an ionic liquid-based piezoresistive intermediate layer in between carbon nanotube (CNT)-based stretchable electrodes. A sensor containing an array of different sensing units was embedded on t...

Roboticists have begun to design biologically inspired robots with soft or partially soft bodies, which have the potential to be more robust and adaptable, and safer for human interaction, as compared to traditional rigid robots. However, key challenges in the design and manufacture of soft robots include the complex fabrication processes and the interfacing of soft and rigid components. We emp...
متن کاملInvited Demo: Pyzoflex - Printed Piezoelectric Pressure Sensing Foil
Ferroelectric material supports both pyroand piezoelectric effects that can be used for sensing pressures on large, bended surfaces. We present PyzoFlex, a pressure-sensing input device that is based on a ferroelectric material. It is constructed with a sandwich structure of four layers that can be printed easily on any material. We use this material in combination with a high-resolution Anoto-...
